Al Manuma Mosque is an Islamic religious building located in Muscat, Oman. It was designed by the renowned Bahraini architect Hassan Fathy in collaboration with Umar Al-Ghimizi and was completed in 1997. The exterior of the mosque is dominated by two sand-colored minarets which flank the stone-clad, dome-topped dome structure. The interior of the mosque houses a large prayer hall which is decorated with intricate geometric tilework and domed arches and supported by twelve wooden columns. In keeping with the regional Islamic style, the mosque is designed with four elegant arches which open up to a spacious central courtyard with a splashing fountain.
