Brief History:
is a famous mosque located in Morbi, Gujarat, India. The mosque was built in 1774 by Agha Meer Dawood Khan, the Nawab of Morbi, who is considered to be the founder of Morbi. The mosque is a large structure with a garden and a pond in the middle. The mosque also has a vast prayer hall and a separate place for ladies to offer their prayers. The architecture is a mix of Hindu and Islamic styles. The mosque has recently been renovated and many of its original features have been preserved. It is one of the most famous mosque in India which you must visit.

The Shahi Masjid, Morbi is a 16th-century mosque located in the city of Morbi, in the state of Gujarat, India. It is built in the Indo-Islamic architectural style, featuring white marble, domed roofs, and intricate designs. The mosque has three domes, each with a balcony, along with a large hall and a central garden. The walls of the hall are designed with Quranic verses and arabesque designs. The mosque is surrounded by an open courtyard, with a large, symmetrical fountain in the center. The inner walls are ornately decorated with intricate carvings, floral designs, and painted designs. There is also a shrine dedicated to a local saint, Mir Shamsuddin. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.
Visiting Hours:
Shahi Masjid in Morbi is open to visitors from sunrise to sunset every day. However, visitors may be asked to remove their shoes and leave them outside before entering the premises. Visitors may not be allowed to enter during the prayer times. best mosque in the world.

Shahi Masjid is located in Morbi city of Gujarat, India. By Air: The nearest airport to Morbi is the Rajkot International Airport (RAJ) which is located 54 kilometres away from the city. From the airport, one can take a taxi to Morbi. By Train: Morbi has several trains that run between its three main railway stations, namely, Morbi Junction (MVI), Dhrangdhra Junction (DHG) and Dhasa Junction (DZA). By Road: Morbi is well connected by roads and national highways. There are many buses that run from nearby cities like Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Jamnagar and Vadodara to Morbi.
