The Nalbandon Ka Masjid was constructed in 1680 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The mosque was built in red sandstone and is located in the old city of Jaipur, on the bank of a stream. The structure comprises two storeys, with cenotaphs of many rulers in the first storey and nine prayer halls on the ground floor. The mosque also has two large courtyards wherein a number of tombs were also constructed. The Mughal rulers and their ministers worshiped in this mosque.
