A large central dome along with arched porches and porticos are the other main features of the structure. The main prayer hall has several arched openings on its walls while the floor is constructed in typical terracotta tiles. The walls of the outer courtyard are divided into several sections with different patterns of openings. The inner courtyard has several pillars with floral designs which provide support to the domes and other structures of the building. The decoration of the mosque includes intricate floral patterns, geometric designs, and calligraphic inscriptions. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.
