Brief History:
The Al-Rahman Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Bahrain. It was built in the early 13th century and is named after the patron saint Sulaiman Al Rahman. The mosque was a well-known place of worship during the times of the Abbasid Dynasty, and it is believed to have been founded by the famous Sufi scholar Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Bahraini. The architectural style of the mosque is a blend of Islamic and Persian design. It has four minarets and a dome-shaped roof. The mosque underwent extensive renovations in the late 20th century, and it now features modern amenities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is one of the most famous mosque in Bahrain which you must visit.

Al-Rahman Mosque is located in South Manama, Bahrain. It was built in 2017 and features an impressive 2,500-square-meter structure. The mosque is built with a combination of modern and traditional Islamic architectural elements. The exterior of the building is composed of white marble and limestone, which has been intricately sculpted with Islamic geometric motifs and inscriptions. The interior of the building has been designed to accommodate up to 2,800 worshippers and features an array of ornate finishes. The mosque is illuminated by seven glass domes and seven stunning chandeliers suspended from the ceiling. A notable feature of the exterior of the building is the large 32-metre-high minaret, which is surrounded by an impressive façade of seven golden arches. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.

The visiting hours of Al-Rahman Mosque are as follows: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday-Sunday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm best mosque in the world.

Al-Rahman Mosque is located in Manama, Bahrain. The mosque is open seven days a week and is free to enter. The mosque is open from 8am to 12pm for both visitors and worshippers. Visitors must dress modestly and cover their heads as a sign of respect. Photos are allowed, but visitors should be sure to ask permission before taking photos of worshippers. There is a variety of transportation options available when travelling to Al-Rahman Mosque. The best option is to take a taxi from any of the nearby hotels, as they can take visitors directly to the site. Alternatively, visitors can take a bus from Al Fateh Highway to the mosque, or take the public bus from the city’s bus station. The bus station is located at the Prince Khalifa Bus Terminal, which is near the Grand Mosque. beautiful masjid.
