It consists of two floors; the main hall on the bottom floor and the second floor, which houses a library, prayer halls and lecture rooms. The Al Sifa East North Central Mosque in Oman is a long, single-story structure that contains a large prayer hall, a dome covered in bright green tiles, and four minarets. The mosque is built around a central courtyard surrounded by four walls. At the center of the courtyard is a large fountain and in the center of the fountain is a chandelier. The interior of the mosque is decorated with ornate details and colorful tiles and the walls are painted in shades of yellow and blue. The minarets are also covered in tiles and feature traditional Islamic carving and design. The roof of the mosque is flat and is protected by a large green dome, which is also adorned with carved patterns and symbols.
