and Features Al Khabourah South East Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Oman and is located in Al Khabourah, South East of Muscat.The mosque was built by Sultan bin Said bin Saif bin Qayyam in 15th century A.D., and was renovated in the 18th century by Sultan bin Saif bin Madame. The mosque is characterized by its majestic facade and grand entrance, as well as its turquoise and white marble façade, adorned with intricate patterns and decorations. The mosque also houses a mihrab (a niche in the wall) which is where the prayer leader stands while leading the prayers. The mosque is also famous for its minarets which are made of marble and decorated with blue geometric shapes. The interior of the mosque is also adorned with delicate decorations and inscriptions, while the architectural style is a combination of Arabian and Persian designs. It is one of the most famous mosque in Oman which you must visit.

The Al Khabourah South East Mosque in Oman is a unique and visually stunning traditional Islamic architecture. The mosque is constructed in the typical local architectural style, featuring a central domed structure with two main minarets flanking the entrance. The mosque is built from sandstone, and is elaborately decorated with intricate floral and geometrical carvings. The central dome is painted blue, green, and white. The interior of the mosque is brightly lit by the numerous windows and large dome, which is designed to reflect the light. The floor is carpeted and the walls are lined with intricate screens and carvings. The minarets are also intricately decorated and are emblematic of the local architecture. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.
