The Al Ghubrah South West North Central Mosque is a purpose-built mosque located in and around the Al-Ghubra neighborhood in Muscat, Oman. The most prominent feature of the mosque is its large central dome, which rises to a height of 64 meters and is covered in golden mosaic tiles. The mosque is also prominently highlighted by four minarets reaching 60 meters, an extended arcade facing the great courtyard, and a unique modern design. Internally, the two-story mosque is decked out with an exquisite bronze chandelier, a mirrored panel on the ceiling, and intricate wood paneling throughout. The mosque is home to both a main prayer hall and a smaller mezzanine prayer hall. Furthermore, the mosque also boasts several other amenities and services such as a library, classrooms for lectures, a small cafe, and a children's play area. The visiting hours of Al Ghubrah South West North Central mosque in Muscat, Oman are from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 8:30 am to 11:00 am on Sunday. All visitors must adhere to the dress code, which includes covering the head and shoulders, wearing long trousers or skirts, and removing shoes before entering the prayer hall.
