Brief History:
The Al Khoudh Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Oman, located in Muscat. It was built in the 1660s, but the exact year is uncertain. It is said to have been built by Sayyid Abdulla bin Ahmad al-Yaaribi, who was a prominent leader in the local Imamate at the time. The mosque is noted for its unique architectural style, combining elements of Arab, Persian, and Indian influences. It is made of white stone, with an impressive interior with intricate paintings and decorations. The mosque is of great religious significance to the locals, and has been the venue for many festivals and celebrations. It is one of the most famous mosque in Oman which you must visit.

The Al Khoudh Mosque is located in the city of Muscat, Oman. The mosque was constructed in the 17th century during the rule of Sultan bin Saif bin Malik Al Busaidi. The mosque has two large round towers at its entrance, and the inner dome is composed of two sections, each decorated with beautiful geometric and floral motifs.
