The Al Buraymi North Mosque in Oman is a historical Islamic site, built in 1743. It is located in Al Buraymi, a small city in the northern region of the country. The mosque is built in the mud-and-stone style and is renowned for its beautiful Islamic calligraphy. Throughout its long history, the mosque has served as a spiritual hub for local Muslims. It was used for teaching Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic arts. Today, the Al Buraymi North Mosque is still an important part of the Islamic culture in Oman, attracting visitors from all around the world. The Al Buraymi North Mosque in Oman has a typical traditional architectural style of the region. The main entrance of the mosque is on the northeastern side and is marked with an extended corridor and wooden ashlar frames. The mosque has two minarets with domes at the top, one on either side. The walls are made of stone and have two sets of windows each facing the street. The mosque is covered with a dome and decorated with Islamic inscriptions and marble and ceramic tiles. Inside the mosque there are two prayer rooms, a men's area and a women's area. The interior features beautiful tiling and calligraphic decorations, along with intricate geometric designs.
