The Soolai Well is an arch-shaped well located on the foothills of Pudukkottai, which is known as Kudagam (stone) in Tamil language. Popularly known as Thodu Vaikka Muttram (Stone Pillars of the Well), it is considered as an important pilgrimage destination in Tamil Nadu. History:
The Soolai Well has several distinctive features that make it a popular destination for tourists. The well is an irrigation structure and has 24 steps with carved stone pillars at the entrance.
