The facade features four tall and graceful minarets, along with two domes studded with semi-precious stones. There is a large open courtyard with the main prayer hall located at the centre. The interiors feature intricate jaalis (grilles) and cravings, with the prayer hall decorated with fine detailed arches, and beautiful stained glass windows. There is also a step well at the back providing access to cold water, and a separate building for ablution. Additionally, the mosque also has four spacious verandahs to accommodate people during festivals and large gatherings. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.
