Keadresvara temple is located in a small hamlet called Keadredu, near Koppal district in Karnataka. It is one of the famous ancient Shiva temples in Karnataka and dates back to the Hoysala period, which separates it around 13th-14th century. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
History:
The temple is famously known for its intricate stone carvings and beautiful sculptures. The external walls of the temple are beautifully decorated with a variety of figures, depicting stories from the Ramayana and Mahabharata in an elaborated style.
