The Bhimesvara temple is located in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a temple dedicated to Lord Bhimesvara, a form of the Hindu Lord Shiva. The temple is located on the banks of the River Krishna and is believed to be over 800 years old. It is one of the most important and renowned Shiva temples in Andhra Pradesh and is visited by devotees from all parts of India and around the world. History:
The temple is known for its stunning architecture and grandiose statues of Hindu gods and goddesses. The temple has three main Gopurams or gateway towers, each of which is made entirely out of well-crafted and intricately carved stone.
