Church of St. Fosca is a Catholic parish and convent located in Assisi, Italy. The church, dedicated to Saint Fosca, dates from 1250 during the reign of Pope Innocent IV. It was rebuilt in 1317 in the Gothic style and consecrated by Pope John XXII in 1319. The church's interior contains a beautiful Madonna and Child dating from the 13th century. The church houses the 16th century painting of the Saint twice beatified by Pope Pius IX. There is also an organ with a painted and gilded organ from the year 1515. History:

The Church of St. Fosca was originally consecrated by Pope Innocent IV in 1250 and once hosted the tomb of St. Francis. In 1535 Pope Paul III ordered the rebuilding of the church, and the work was completed by 1542. The most notable romanesque feature of the church is the Lombard style aedicula and statues.
