is an urban park located in Fourth Microdistrict of Baku city, close to ‘Azerbaijan University’ and ‘Saylovaya Train Station. It covers an area of 13,500 sq meters and hosts a Cultural Center, a central fountain, 7 statue clusters , 25 separate statues, 4 large flower beds, 4 decks and 16 planters.
