The Ashtalakshmi Temple in Hyderabad, Telangana follows a Puja method of worship, similar to other temples in India. The Puja involves prayer, chanting, offering of flowers, burning of incense, and offering of other items such as fruits, sweets, coconut water, and coins. The Priest first invokes the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi through chanting Vedic Mantras and pouring water over the idol, before commencing the Puja.
