The temple has regular services and weekly poojas like ''purappadu'', ''kaalasandhi'', ''uthsavabishekam'' etc. The morning rituals start at 5:30am with ''Suprabatham'', followed by ''Villakku Pooja'' which is based on the 108 names of the Lord and ''Mahanyasa Poorvaikaagam'' which is a chanting of Vedic hymns. This is followed by ''Abhishekam'' and ''Yagam'' which are performed with appropriate offerings such as holy water, flowers and leaves.
