Brief History:

Masjid al-Tanajir is a mosque situated in Madinah in Saudi Arabia. It is located near the centre of the city and holds historical significance due to being the location of Prophet Muhammad’s Messenger’s (peace be upon him) prayer area during his visit to Medina in 622 CE, at that time known as Yathrib (now Madina). The mosque covers an area of 550 sqm, and has four gates for easy access to the courtyard.
