Pinamalayan Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Philippines is located in the Province of Oriental Mindoro, facing the town of Pinamalayan. It is one of the oldest churches in the Philippines, having been established in 1921 by the first group of Filipino Adventist missionaries who arrived in the Philippines on March 6, 1919. The Pinamalayan church was established by evangelists Celestino Soriano, Evelio Gregorio, and Aniceto Isip, who were part of the first group of Filipino Adventist missionaries to arrive in the Philippines in 1919. They initially ministered to the inhabitants of the small towns of Pinamalayan and Bongabong and gathered a strong following in both places. In 1921, an evangelistic campaign brought a great awakening in Pinamalayan and some 20 individuals were baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The church was officially organized on August 30, 1921, with the installation of Celestino Soriano as its first pastor. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Philippines.

The Pinamalayan church was the very first organized Seventh-day Adventist church in the Province of Oriental Mindoro and the third in the whole Philippines. The membership of the church is made up of native Mindoreños and some members from other parts of the country.
