It features two large domes, each one supported by eight conical masonry columns around a circumference of 22 metres. The interior of the mosque is quite impressive, with the main hall containing six additional smaller domes, four semi-circular mihrabs (prayer niches), and other small ornamental accents. The walls are adorned with ornate frescoes that portray verses from the Quran and other Islamic motifs. The courtyard is paved with various stones imported from other countries, while a series of traditional fountains provide a soothing atmosphere.
