The mosque is built in a unique combination of Hindu and Muslim architecture and features a rambling, open courtyard surrounded by a three storied structure with multiple balconies. The arched entrance is a distinctive feature of the mosque, leading to its main prayer hall with large domes made of white marble. The walls are decorated with intricate Kashi-Lehera (multicolored) work and relief carving, and the interior is decorated with complex stonework and calligraphy. The mosque also features a large mihrab on the western side which is carved with intricate floral, arabesque and geometric motifs.
