Jama Masjid, Ankleshwar is a famous mosque located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The structure of this mosque is simple and is considered to be one of the oldest mosques in the state. The mosque is said to have been built during the rule of Mughal Emperor Jahangir in 1617-1627. The mosque was renovated in the year 1924 and further development has been done recently in order to maintain the magnificence of this place. The mosque has two minarets and the main prayer area is located in the inner courtyard of the mosque. The entry gate of the mosque is compound with stone masonry. The mosque also provides a gallery for visitors to view the sacred monument. It is one of the most famous mosque in India which you must visit.

The interior is appointed with small courtyards, hallways, and a large prayer room. The main section of the mosque has three mihrabs set in a row, and a large marble-floored prayer area.
