s Minar is an impressive victory symbol tower erected by Sultan Sikandar Lodhi (1489-1517) in Delhi, India. It stands at a height of 75 meters and is located in the Lodhi Garden in New Delhi. It can be seen from all over Delhi. It was originally built to commemorate the defeat of the last of the Delhi sultans, Ibrahim Lodhi, in the first battle of Panipat in 1526. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
