The Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity in Ööriku, Estonia, is one of the oldest churches in Estonia, having been established in 1223 by Russian monks from the Cistercian Order. It was one of the only churches in the Baltic region at that time. It is located in the small hamlet of Ööriku in Võrumaa county in Eastern Estonia.

The original building was destroyed in 1609 during the Polish-Swedish War but was rebuilt in 1668. During the Soviet occupation, restoration and renovation of the church was prohibited and it was used as a hayloft. In 1991, at the time of Estonian independence, the community began to restore and renew the church. The interior was redone in 2000 in its original baroque style as well as frescoes. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Estonia.
