The EPC Rijeka congregation consists of over 150 members, made up of local residents and members of the ex-Yugoslav diaspora. History:

The EPC Rijeka began as a prayer group that emerged in 1984 from evangelical ministries in Croatia, before the end of the Yugoslavian civil war. In the late 1980s, the church began offering regular services and hosting conferences. By 1996, the church grew to include over one hundred members. In 2002 the church was accepted into the Pentecostal Union, the denomination's official body. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Croatia.
