Kostel Frantsiskantsev V Gol'shanakh is a historical church located in the city of Vyborg, Russia. The church was built during the 19th century and is renowned for its well-known architecture. The building was designed by Russian architect Alexander Ivanov and constructed by Italian architects Bartholomeo Rastrelli and Lazzaro Baldi. The church was built in the style of the Italian baroque and features a beautiful stone facade adorned with a painted rococo stucco decorations. The original construction of the church cost around 200,000 rubles which was a significant amount for the area at the time. The church has been in continuous use since its completion in 1845 and has served as a place of worship for the local community for many generations. It is still a popular place of worship for Orthodox Christians and other denominations. As well as a place of prayer the church also offers services such as marriage ceremonies, baptisms, music concerts, lectures, and tours. It is also a great venue for visiting tourist groups who visit the city to experience its rich cultural history.
