Tserkov' Khristian Very Yevangel'skoy is a Christian Evangelical church located in the Republic of Belarus. Tserkov' Khristian Very Yevangel'skoy originated in 1870 and was the first independent church in Belarus outside the Russian Orthodox Church. The church was eventually registered by the Russian authorities in 1916 and served as the centre of evangelical missionary activities in Belarus. During the Soviet era, the church underwent severe restrictions and faced frequent government interference. During World War II, it experienced a brief period of revival that ended in 1957, when the Soviet government began to suppress religious activities. The church was closed in 1962 and re-opened in 1989, after the fall of the Soviet Union. Since then it has remained active and has provided spiritual nourishment to its growing members. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Belarus.
