The Yaremichy Church is believed to have been built as early as the 14th century, making it one of the oldest Christian churches in present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina. The church was built in an area which was nominally part of the Kingdom of Bosnia, a region which was eventually absorbed by the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century. After becoming an Ottoman protectorate, the church underwent expansions and modifications. Yaremichy Church This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Belarus.
