Parish of St. Paul is a Roman Catholic community located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Toronto. The parish was established in 1855 and is one of the oldest and largest parishes in the Archdiocese. The current parish church dates from the 1850s and St. Paul’s Sanctuary was dedicated in 1899. The Parish of St. Paul is part of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement and is often referred to as "The Pentecostal Parish" due to the enthusiasm of its members.

History:
The parish of St. Paul was founded in 1855 as part of a wave of Irish immigration to Toronto which swelled the city's Catholic population. The first building to be used as a church was a large house which had been turned into a chapel. This serviceable structure served until 1859 when a small chapel was built on the corner of Queen Street West and John Street. In 1867, a much larger building was erected to accommodate the growing congregation. This building was eventually replaced in the early 1890s by the current sanctuary which still stands today.
