Evangelische Koreanische Kirche (EKK) is an Evangelical Lutheran church in Germany which started in the 1960s. The church was established by Korean immigrants and is the largest European church of Korean origin. The members of EKK speak a variety of languages and come from different countries, which demonstrate the international Christian mission of the church. The mission statement of EKK is “to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, to serve all people in the spirit of unity and peace, and to become a bridge between Koreans and the German society.”
