The closest airport to Guoqing Temple is Huangyan Airport in Taizhou, which is about 80 kilometers away from the temple. There are no direct transportation services from Huangyan Airport to Guoqing Temple. Visitors can take a taxi from the airport to Tiantai Bus Station, and then take a bus (number 4) to Guoqing Temple. The whole journey takes about two hours and costs about CNY 150. Alternatively, visitors can also take a train from metropolitan cities to Tiantai Railway Station, and then take a taxi to the temple. The train journey from Hangzhou, for example, takes around two hours and costs around CNY 70.
