The worship method of Badrinath temple follows the Puja techniques that are used in the North Indian style of temple worship. The doors of the temple open at 4:00 am for Puja as ‘Nitya Mangal Aarti’. After this Mangal Aarti, the temple priests make offerings to the main deity using various holy items like flowers, coconuts, incense and camphor.
