The Triyuginarayan Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and located in the scenic meadows of Triyuginarayan, near the holy town of Kedarnath in Uttarakhand. The temple is one of the most popular pilgrimage sites in the region and offers a panoramic view of snow-clad peaks of the Himalayas. The style of worship at the Triyuginarayan temple follows the famous Panchayatana puja, which involves worshipping five prominent deities. These deities include Lord Vishnu in the center, flanked by Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Surya, Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva. The puja starts with an offering of holy water to Lord Vishnu, followed by chanting of mantras and lighting of the Deep in honour of the five deities. Thereafter, various special rituals are performed to invoke Lord Vishnu in his various forms. These include offering of flowers, incense, food and lighting of lamps.
