The Trabzon Museum, located in the province of Trabzon in the Black Sea Region of Turkey, was established in 1892 by Menemenoghlı Kadri Bey. It was originally based in the old Ottoman Clock Tower in the city centre, occupying an area of 200 square metres. The museum was initially established to showcase Ottoman artifacts found in the region.
