The Church of St. Oswald - Zug is a Roman Catholic parish church in the city and canton of Zug, Switzerland. It is dedicated to Saint Oswald of Northumbria, a seventh-century English king, and is believed to have been constructed in the 13th century. According to local legend, the bells of the church were brought over from England in the 14th century. The church has been extended and renovated over the centuries and its first major expansion came in 1705 when a transept was added. Other renovations and expansions include a more modern version of the transept in the 1970s. The church is noted for its Gothic façade, which includes twin turrets that rise to a point and are crowned by a statue of Saint Oswald. The lower half of the façade is decorated with pointed arches and carvings of saints, while the upper half is adorned with a four-pointed rose window. The interior of the church is decorated with Gothic altars, stained glass windows, and Baroque statues.
