Sri Nagawaratha Naaraayanar Thevasthanam follows the traditional Vishnu worship methods and practices of Sri Vaishnavism, a Vaishnava Hindu religious sect. The temple generally follows the process of devotional worship known as Pooja, which is divided into two parts: morning pooja and evening pooja. The morning pooja includes the Arcana or the morning chanting of the names of the lord, Ashtothara Shanthi Pooja, Dravya Pooja, Bajana Pooja,Sayana Ashtothara Pooja and Mangalasasanam. The evening Pooja involves chanting of the names of the lord, Ashtothara Shanthi Pooja, Suprabhata Pooja, Radha Kalyana Pooja and aarti. At the temple, devotees can also take part in various other activities such as Archanai or chanting of the names of the lord, puja, homams, Navarathri Pooja, and Bhajans. Additionally, the devotees can participate in several spiritual activities and services, such as group spiritual discourses, language classes, and daily prayer services.
