At the Pandarikula Sri Muththumari Amman Kovil, worship services are usually done daily with the chanting of religious songs. The devotees offer flowers and coconuts upon arrival and also at various points of the shrine. A priest will perform specific rituals such as offering mantras and prasads. During special occasions, several rituals are held including the ringing of the bell, lighting of the lamps, and offering of milk and sweets. The main ritual performed at the temple is the puja, which offers prayers to the deity. After the puja is performed, the devotees make other offerings such as fruits, flowers, coins, and coconuts.
