Santuario de Schoenstatt In Spain: History,Facts, & Services
Santuario de Schoenstatt is an international Roman Catholic movement dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The sanctuary, which is located in the German town of Schoenstatt, is venerated for its spiritual charism and for its commitment to faith. The movement was founded by Father Joseph Kentenich in 1914, who found Divine Providence in the "Lady of Schoenstatt," the Blessed Virgin Mary. The movement has also been dedicated to serving the poor and needy, aiding those in natural disasters, and traveling the world to spread their message. Santuario de Schoenstatt is an international group of faithful pilgrimage sites. The movement provides spiritual formation, retreats and courses, and spiritual guidance to its many members. It also provides various services such as a Sanctuary/Concretization of the Pilgrim Church, and a Spiritual Reflection/Assistane Center.
