Brief History:

Al Mudhaireb North East Mosque is a prominent religious centre located in the capital city of Muscat, Oman. It is considered as the mother of mosques in Oman as it is the first mosque built in Muscat. The mosque was built in 1687 AD by Issaq bin Sultan Al Yemen and is currently home to one of the main imams of the Sultanate of Oman.
