Brief History:
Al Madrakah Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in the Muscat area of Oman. It is said to have been built more than 350 years ago by Imam Nasir bin Sultan, the founder of the Wahhabi sect in Oman. It is a two-storey building; the lower level is for prayer, and the upper level is a residential area. There are two entrances to the Mosque, one on the east side and one on the west side. According to legend, the mosque was built with the help of Jinns. The Mosque was restored and reconstructed in 2010 by the Omani government. It is located in the Muttrah Old Town neighborhood of Muscat. It is one of the most famous mosque in Oman which you must visit.
Architecture:
The Al Madrakah Mosque is located in Salalah, Oman. It was built in the early 18th century, and is an example of traditional Omani architecture. The mosque is rectangular in shape and has a large dome in the center. The walls are constructed with stone and sculpted with decorative patterns. The roof is held up by brick vaulted arches, and the interior is decorated with marble, coral, and abalone shells. There are carved wooden panels featuring geometric and floral designs. There is a large minbar, or pulpit, used for prayers, and a niche facing Mecca. There is also a large courtyard outside the mosque for gatherings and worship. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.

The Al Madrakah Mosque in Oman is open for visitors from 8:00am to 10:30pm everyday. best mosque in the world.

Al Madrakah Mosque (locally known as Masjid Al-Madraka or جامع المدراكة) is located in Madrakah, in the Wusta Region of Oman. The Mosque is open from 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm. The best way to get to the Mosque is by car. It is located on the road between Duqm and Jalan Bani Bu Ali. beautiful masjid.
