Al Ghubrah South West mosque is a traditional Islamic style mosque located in Al Ghubrah, Muscat, Oman. The mosque is constructed from whitewashed coral stone, in a design based on the 9th century Khalji style of Islamic architecture found throughout the southern Arabian Gulf region. The mosque is characterized by its four tall towers, two larger towers on either side and two smaller towers in each corner, as well as a traditional domed structure and minaret. The inside of the mosque embrace traditional Islamic architecture, using intricate geometric patterns known as muqarnas, as well as ornate plasterwork. The floors are inlaid with marble and the walls are decorated with Islamic calligraphy. The mosque can accommodate up to 500 worshippers daily.
