Worship Method:

Kawgun Cave in Myanmar is one of Southeast Asia’s most sacred sites, and the primary worship method practiced there is a form of Buddhist devotional practice known as puja. This involves chanting and recitation of Buddhist scriptures, accompanied by offerings of flowers, incense, and food. Worshippers kneel in front of the sacred Buddha statues in the cave and offer incense, as well as small banknotes displaying images of the Buddha, as symbols of their devotion. Offerings are also made of clay lamps which are lit during the puja ceremony.
