St. Mary Magdalene Chapel is a historic Roman Catholic chapel located in Davis, California. Established in 1866, it is the oldest continuously active chapel in the state. It is associated with the California Missions and has been recognized by the U.S. Department of the Interior's National Register of Historic Places. History:

St. Mary Magdalene Chapel was founded in 1866, known as the "Mission of Davisville", as Davis was then called. It was built on land donated by a local rancher, David Dunsworth, who had originally planned to build a theater on the lot. It has been continuously active since that time, and was recognized by the California Historical Society in 1938. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Malta.

St. Mary Magdalene Chapel was built in the style of a Spanish mission, with whitewashed adobe walls and an oaken shake roof. It is decorated with five hand-painted Greek icons showing St. Mary Magdalene, St. Dominic, St. Isadora and St. George. The chapel also has a historic bell, cast in 1853 and brought to the mission in 1865.
