San Nikola ta Tolentino is a parish church located in Siggiewi, Malta. It is dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption and Saint Nicholas of Tolentino. The church and parish were founded in 1693, following the destruction of the old church of Siggiewi by fire. The new church was built with the support of Bishop Davide Cocco Palmieri who became a patron of the parish.

San Nikola ta Tolentino was first built in 1693 and became a functioning church in 1699. The church was further embellished in 1717 with the acquisition of the bell-tower by the then Grandmaster Manoel de Vilhena. In the 19th century, thanks to the contributions of some of the benefactors, works were carried out on the façade, which was completely rebuilt in baroque style, marking the entrance to the nave of the church. In 1853, a dome dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of Mary was placed at the top of the church. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Malta.
