Bugibba Qawra Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located in Bugibba, Malta. The church was built in 1575 on a site that was previously occupied by a wooden chapel dedicated to St Clement. The present church was built in Baroque style, with the main façade being constructed in the late 18th century. It has a large portico, which is supported by four columns and decorated with Baroque sculptures.

The original chapel of St Clement was built in the 15th century, on the site of a prehistoric temple. In 1575, the chapel was replaced by the current church. During the Great Siege of 1565, the church served as a hospital and refuge for the wounded. Later on, it was commonly used as a place of worship by the Knights of the Order of St John. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Malta.
