Vaiswanath Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. This temple is also known as Golden Temple due to its beautiful architecture.It is believed to be one of the oldest temples in India, with its foundation supposedly laid by Lord Brahma himself. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.

Vaiswanath Temple is a magnificent temple which consists of two large courtyards. There is a shivalinga in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple which is made out of silvery light.The temple also features a number of sculptures and carvings of Lord Shiva and other Hindu gods and goddesses.
