The tomb was built in memory of the 16th Century Mughal courtier and scholar, Abul Fazal. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
History:
The Tomb of Abul Fazal features an imposing square-shaped chamber that is covered with a dome-shaped roof. The dome is made of octagonal panels and rises to a height of 60 feet. The entrance of the chamber is framed with horseshoe arches, while the walls around the chamber are of red sandstone. The walls are covered with intricate decorative motifs in yellow, blue and green colors. You must visit one of these historical places in India on your India tour

He is particularly renowned for writing the Akbarnama, a book that chronicles the history of Akbar's reign.
