Dargah near Habsi Gumaz is a small but significant monument located in Assam, India. This dargah is situated very close to the Habsi Gumaz or the Rice bowl bridge, the place of the epic story of Raja Bhasmantaran. It is believed that the monument was erected in memory of a Muslim saint, who visited the area during the times of the Ahom Dynasty and died here. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
History:
The Small Dargah near Habsi Gumaz stands at the side of the road that links the district capital Jorhat to the neighbouring areas. The dargah is noticeable for its attractive and attractive carved architecture, which is quite different from that of the typical Ahom architecture.
