Saumyakeshava Temple is an important Hindu temple dedicated to the deity Sree Saumyakeshava Swamy, Lord Vishnu, located in Thirukalukundram, Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
History:
The temple is an ancient shrine and is one of the 108 Divya Desams, or holy abodes, of Lord Vishnu in India. The temple has a five tier gopuram, a huge temple tank and a mandapa in the shape of a chariot. You must visit one of these historical places in India on your India tour
